Xyte Unveils Comprehensive Solution and New Features for Entire AV Value Chain at ISE 2025
New features, integrations and pricing showcased at ISE to streamline remote AV device management and enhance cloud adoption
Mountain View, California – February 12, 2025 – Xyte, developer of the first all-in-one cloud platform for device manufacturers and system integrators, showcased the latest advances in its platform at the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2025 exhibition in Barcelona last week, including several new features designed to address the evolving needs of the AV industry. Xyte is the first platform to offer a unified interface that streamlines the management of AV, UC, and IT devices, rooms, and spaces, all while connecting manufacturers, integrators, MSPs, and end-users.
Xyte showcased the industry’s first managed services platform - designed to provide MSPs, system integrators and dealers with remote management capabilities for multiple organizations and numerous devices through one cohesive and structured interface. Using Xyte, system integrators can now ignite their managed services business, and MSPs can globalize their service operations easily and swiftly.
Xyte Connect+
Xyte recently announced its Xyte Connect+ solution to centralize device management and address the growing complexity of managing integrated technology ecosystems. Xyte Connect+ allows end users and system integrators to oversee devices from multiple brands from anywhere in the world through a single interface, simplifying operations and eliminating the need for multiple cloud environments.
“We saw tremendous interest at ISE from MSPs who are seeking to scale their cloud operations, as well as from end-users who have been seeking a single platform in which to manage their devices for some time,” Omer Brookstein, Xyte CEO. “Just as resellers in the software industry thrived by transitioning from one-time sales to ongoing products and services through a managed services model, the same shift is occurring in UC and Pro AV, where customers are already ahead of the curve and integrators must follow. We’re excited to offer the first solution in the Pro AV industry designed to help integrators ignite their managed services business."
Flexible Pricing Tiers and Subscription Plans
During the week-long conference, Xyte also introduced new, flexible pricing tiers for its Connect+ eco-system to empower systems integrators and dealers seeking to transition into managed services, including a limited time offer for device licenses at no cost through 2025.
Cloud-to-Cloud Connectivity for Enhanced Integration
At ISE, Xyte showcased its growing list of cloud-to-cloud connectors which consolidate devices from multiple clouds into a single unified interface. Current connectors include Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron XiO, QSC Reflect, Neat, Poly, BrightSign, Domotz, and Biamp, with more connectors continuously added.
“By linking Xyte’s platform with these services, integrators and end-users can easily import, manage, and monitor devices without the need to switch between different cloud platforms,” Brookstein added. “This has been one of the most requested features we’ve heard from end-users and systems integrators seeking to improve operational efficiency and simplify operations - creating that one, single pane of glass.”
AV Manufacturers Embrace Connect+ for Holistic Device Management
Xyte also announced that several leading AV manufacturers, including Symetrix, Avocor, WyreStorm, and Bluesound Professional have migrated their channel partners and customers to Xyte Connect+, enabling them to seamlessly and remotely manage their AV, UC and IT devices across multiple brands in a unified platform, while allowing the manufacturers and their partners to enhance their service offerings.
Asset Management for Non-Connected Devices
Another feature Xyte introduced at ISE is asset management, which allows customers to track non-connected items within their AV setup. These devices or physical items, which do not send telemetries, can still be managed for their status, warranties, service contracts, and more. This new functionality provides organizations with a complete view of their assets and ensures timely maintenance and management.
