WyreStorm recognized that its customers were facing a huge challenge in monitoring their devices and getting live feedback if a device went offline or had some other problem. The company started by cloudifying its NetworkHD systems, encoders and decoders that are deployed all over the network.
Solution
WyreStorm deployed its Sygma Cloud Device Management using Xyte to enable remote monitoring, device configuration, troubleshooting, and remote updates. It was important to WyreStorm to ensure that its customers did not have to install any additional hardware for the cloud monitoring. Perhaps the most unique feature WyreStorm has launched recently through Xyte is Secure Tunneling, which enables customers to directly access its system through the web UI to directly tunnel into the controller of any device to gain full control, as if you’re in the room.
